    Yes. We are very happy to travel a reasonable distance within the UK to discuss all your requirements for both the UK and overseas. We will guide you through the whole process to ensure you are familiar with what we have to offer you before you need to make any decision.

  • What insurance do you specialise in?

    Our primary business is helping High Net Worth Individuals with their private insurance and their businesses.

  • Who handles your claims?

    We handle all claims in-house. Each Client Manager is trained to handle claims in conjunction with the insurer.

  • Can you insure my private assets and my business?

    Yes. We insure many private client and their businesses.

  • Is your LiveChat a human?

    No. We are not a Lloyd's broker however we have ways to access Lloyd's insurance policies.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times. If you should wish to make a complaint about our service, we have a formal complaints procedure. In the first instance, you
    should address your complaint to Samuel Cise within 14 days. We will supply you with a copy of our complaints procedure upon receipt of a complaint or at any time upon request. If you cannot settle your
    complaint with us you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service further information about the Financial Ombudsman Service can be found on their website at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk Alternatively other out of court complaint and redress procedures may be available.
